Please include in your proposal:
- Name, address and contact details
- A brief, clear description of the proposed exhibition and the conceptual idea behind the body of work
- A description of the works to be exhibited
- Any technical requirements needed for the exhibition or installation
- 4 – 10 clearly labelled, high res (min 300 dpi) supporting images with image title, size, medium and date created
- You may provide a video of the proposed work of no more than 10 minutes if this is more appropriate for your proposal
- A current CV

Exhibition details:
- Exhibitions run for 3.5 weeks
- Exhibition openings held on Saturdays at 1pm with alternative days negotiable
- Quadrant Gallery takes a 30% commission incl. GST on sales
- Gallery 1 hire fee – $3,100
- Gallery 2 – permanent in-gallery stockroom (not for hire)
- Individual or Group exhibitions
Exhibition inclusions:
- Gallery hire, curated exhibition installation and de-installation
- Creation and install of gallery vinyl and window signage
- Creation of exhibition promotional materials
- Exhibition promotion on Quadrant Gallery website, social media and to our gallery database
- Supervision of the exhibition during opening hours
- Planning and staffing of the opening function with bar service
- Management of all artwork sales
