This weeks work of the week is written by Tony Jackson, Director of Quadrant Design Architects.
Tony says:
My attention is held immediately by the strength of colour and movement, with vibrating elements of water, rocks and bush. This is certainly our local landmark in full expression.
Many elements satisfy my senses here- the lovely circular brushstrokes of beautiful blues giving a water surface full of action and depth, the boldly expressed shadows and mass of the rocks with "messy" bush sitting on top. The oranges and reds have been sparingly used as wonderful highlights.
The skillful elements delight the eye and the overall result is, for me, one of Eva's best works.
The exhibition is current until Saturday 3 May 2014
